     Kameron Coefield is a senior HR and operations executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in complex, large-scale public sector environments. Before founding Coefield Advisory Services, Kameron served at the Deputy Director and C-suite level across multiple major government agencies.

    From transforming countywide HR functions serving 8,000 employees at Prince George's County Government, to managing $600M+ in employee benefits contracts for the District of Columbia, Kameron brings an unmatched depth of operational and strategic expertise to every engagement.
